We want your skincare to reach you quickly and safely. Here is how shipping works at KoriumX.
Processing time
Cosmetic orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Prescription (Rx) products are dispatched only after our pharmacist verifies your uploaded prescription, which may add a day.
Delivery timelines
- Metro cities: 2–4 business days
- Other cities and towns: 4–7 business days
- Remote pin codes: up to 8–10 business days
Charges & tracking
Shipping is free on orders above ₹999. Below that, a flat fee of ₹60 applies. Once your order ships, we send tracking details by SMS, email and WhatsApp, and you can follow live status in your account.
